Our recycling process

Six documented stages from on-site inspection to the certificate you file for audits.

Every stage has a purpose.

From initial inspection to final certification, explore how materials move through our recycling process.

  1. Inspection and asset verification

We inspect the material and verify the asset inventory at your site so the collection plan, handling method and documentation match what you actually have.

  2. Reverse logistics

Our team arranges collection through our fleet and approved logistics partners. Assets are tagged, documented and tracked through the chain of custody.

  3. Data destruction and degaussing

Data-bearing equipment is sanitised by software, degaussing or physical destruction, depending on the media and the agreed disposal route. The work can be arranged on site or at our facility.

  4. Reconditioning and refurbishment

Where reuse is appropriate, equipment is identified, sanitised, tested and reconditioned. Components are repaired or replaced before the asset returns to productive use.

  5. Recycling and material recovery

Non-reusable equipment is dismantled and sorted into plastics, metals, glass and hazardous fractions. Recoverable materials are routed back into manufacturing through authorised channels.

  6. Certificate and closure report

You receive the applicable recycling, disposal or data-destruction certificate, supported by weights and chain-of-custody records for audits and ESG reporting.
